My Best Car Experience Ever I had called to make an appointment at Bridgewater Volvo. I had an Audi that the lease was up in a couple of months. Ben Evans my lovely internet salesman introduced me to Dominick DiFalco as "the nicest man that you ever want to meet" and he was right. I was there for about an hour and a half and I was very transparent with Dominick about what my budget was and what I was looking for and he worked and he work to get exactly what I wanted. Not only that but two days later, I changed my mind about the color and he worked to find me the color that I wanted with the interior. Needless to say, I picked up my car last week. He waited for me to get in from New York and so did Steve who very efficiently went over all of my paperwork. Then after the dealership closed, Dominick worked with me to make sure that I knew all of the things I needed to know to get my new car safely home. And may I say, I LOVE my new S60!! Lease and used car purchase I've been a customer with the Long Motor Group for three cars now, two cars with Dominick DiFalco (and Steve Dolly). Dominick is the single kindest, I've been a customer with the Long Motor Group for three cars now, two cars with Dominick DiFalco (and Steve Dolly). Dominick is the single kindest, most polite salesperson I've ever dealt with. He is helpful, available, patient, and committed to making his customers happy. My first car with Dominick was a new XC60 lease and he made it an easy and enjoyable process from start to finish, even helping with turning it in three years later. My next car was buying a used, certified C30 in July 2017 which belonged to Dominick's coworker. Dom knew I had been pineing for my old leased C30 and called me to tell me his coworker was going to be trading it in. Knowing that their sister dealership was already calling about the car, Dom showed it to me right there while it still belonged to the other salesman! Dominick held the car for me with a deposit and had their paint guy fix a few minor scratches at no charge. Even after I bought the car and closed out with Steve Dolly, and then noticed in the parking lot a few minor issues with the one door- Steve stopped to help even though he was already late to get home. Without even asking them, Bridgewater Volvo took the car back the following week and fixed the door, and gave us a loaner car without charging me. Bridgewater Volvo is amazing and I will never buy a car from anywhere else. Service guys call everyday with updates and are so polite. I LOVE this dealership and all their staff members. More
