My car was fixed and everyone I encountered was very friendly. However, the safety standards surrounding the current pandemic were terrible. This service center was efficient with getting my suv from Gateway Subaru for service and the recall repair. I live in Delaware so driving to Gateway was more convenient than going to Annapolis.
