Had a horrible experience with Ahmed salesperson. Sold us a car that had mold and ask for the rear Wiper to be fixed and then states that it wasn't what he agreed to. My daughter had an asthma attach because of the mold in the car. There was a slight smell but next day after getting in my car sitting overnight, was really strong. Very unprofessional and then texted him how it was inhuman for him knowing to sell a car with mold was wrong and would eight a google review of our customer experience. Then he states I will bring it to my managers attention which is a lie because Jacob in service talked to him and Jacob stated Ahmed stated he just said he would look at it and that is it. Then Ahmed tells me via text "All your requests and my responses are documented through texts, calls, and signed paperwork. I didn't knowingly lie, avoid responsibility, or denied any promises." Even Service manager Kevin was there when I got the text and stated it that a threat from him. Too much more that I can go into. To have a salesman like this working there and screwing people is unacceptable. More

There’s a VW service bulletin on the warning system the travel assist not available. This was not addressed when I was there. Plus it’s difficult to call in and just speak to a service person instead your travel assist not available. This was not addressed when I was there. I know this because I had an appointment a couple months ago and no service person returned a call to me to discuss my warning concern so I just didn’t go drive 40 minutes to talk to someone. I was given a business card, reads (D) number but still unable to talk to them. The sound the warning makes very often is the most annoying part of the warning. Just turn that off and I’ll be happy for now. More
