They refused to honor the agreement made at the time if purc They agreed to make a repair when I purchased the vehicle but when it broke again they said because they were not told by the other dealership how to They agreed to make a repair when I purchased the vehicle but when it broke again they said because they were not told by the other dealership how to repair it correctly I was now responsible for the repair. They admitted it should not have broken again and that they did not repair it correctly but would not stand good for it. More
Poor Service I have had numerous issues with the dealership. I was told the transmission needing replacing. I then took the car to another dealership and was told I have had numerous issues with the dealership. I was told the transmission needing replacing. I then took the car to another dealership and was told the transmission was fine and have not had any issues with it. Scheduled service done according to VW. Due to being out of alignment two tires wore out prematurely but nothing said regarding this with tires being rotated at every 10,000 mile oil change. Advised a belt needing replacing shortly after being replaced and when this was questioned I was told the mechanic did not check the belt. Why was I told the belt needing replacing before the service history was checked? Very poor customer service to the point of questioning how legit they are. I would not go back for future service as they shown their service is questionable to say the least. More
Update I wanted to write an update to my previous review. Initially I did not have the best experience dues to the sales man I worked with. As soon as the General Manager, Mark Moore, found out about my experience he worked quickly to remedy it. He gave me a great deal on the car I wanted and even drove it down to the south shore to meet me with the car. I was about to give up because of the initial experience but I am glad I gave him the opportunity to make things right. I love my new car. VW of Mandeville SMART move hiring Mark Moore! Finally an honest and trustworthy car salesman. I would definitely go back for my next car... but I hope I won't need one for awhile. :) More

We purchased a car as a graduation gift which ended up being over a week late to be delivered. Then we had to call to track down the new license plate when the temporatry one was at the expiration. Of course they had it but they failed to let us know. Poor service and follow up for such an expensive product to sell! More
