Lease trade-in options I got a call from Justin about trading in my lease and maybe getting a new car. With my lease not ending until August I was hesitant to go in and eve I got a call from Justin about trading in my lease and maybe getting a new car. With my lease not ending until August I was hesitant to go in and even talk to them but Justin convinced me it would be worth just seeing what they could do. Going in I had no intentions on getting a new car. However, after talking to Chris and Ali about my options, I was considering it. I HATE going to car dealerships and dealing with salesmen, but I felt they were honest and helpful. What sets them apart to me is the fact you feel like they listen to what you want and need. They don't try and haggle you, you feel they have your best interest at heart. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. Chris was a new salesman and the process took a little longer than expected but it was well worth it. He was so helpful and we had a great time being his first new car customer. A special thanks to David for his help in the process and just being a true GATOR. Needless to say I drove away in a new car and had an amazing experience. I had an absolutely magnificent experience with Christopher Young who answered any questions I had, was very funny and friendly. He provided me with a lot of information which I wanted to get from the first visit. Initially I was not expecting to buy the car right away but Chris, Tony and David worked as a team, very well might I add, and had me in the car I fell in love with that same evening. I did not feel pressured and was very excited to see what I wanted and got such an amazing deal for it! I am very grateful for the staff who put me in exactly the car I wanted for the right price as well. They gave me an excellent run down of the situation as well and gave me various options which was beneficial, it's always good to have those options. I look forward to returning many times to get my car properly maintained and get to meet what seem to be a really friendly and customer driven staff. Great Job team!! He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and I could tell he truly loved the VW cars he sold.
