Under hurricane Irma pressure Visiting Gainesville due to evacuation from south Florida due to hurricane, my car was doing a funny noise and behavior. Decided to have it checked at Volkswagen of Gainesville even though no malfunction light was on. They found the problem using their technology and the part to be replaced was not in stock. Knowing the hurricane was coming next day and I was going to be stranded without my car and not knowing when the part was going to arrive , the did the impossible to get the part the same day!! The whole team was friendly!! More

Wonderful Service Staff I had my car towed into VW of G'ville late Thursday night. I was greeted by MIsty Melvin with a smile and immediate attention. She made each interaction whether in person or by phone a positive and competent moment. I was towed in around 15 minutes before the close of her day and she treated me with respect and without a trace of annoyance. She held her word about calling the next day when she had news of my car's issue and costs. I valued her honesty and compassion. She also made my issue seem like she had an emotional investment in it, even though I know she was working with many others beside me. From drop off to pick up I knew I was in good hands. It was my first time using this service center, I chose it based on a coupon and I'm glad I did! My car runs great again to this service team! More

Exceptional Sales - Friendly, Low-Pressure Staff My wife and I were in search of a Jeep Wrangler and happened to come across a used Jeep Wrangler Sahara at Volkswagen of Gainesville. My wife contacte My wife and I were in search of a Jeep Wrangler and happened to come across a used Jeep Wrangler Sahara at Volkswagen of Gainesville. My wife contacted the dealership and spoke with Wayne whom verified the options, answered her questions, and got us numbers, promptly and knowledgeably. We drove over an hour to the dealership and arrived close to closing and were still allowed not only to test drive the Wrangler, but were given the opportunity to drive it overnight which helped to solidify our decision to purchase a Jeep. The Jeep was in great condition and very clean for having not been detailed. Again, we did arrive late and gave them short notice. Before leaving Volkswagen we were introduced to the manager, Paul, and another salesman, Ben, whom were both very friendly. Upon the return of the Jeep, we were treated by Ben whom was very low pressure and asked for our opinions. We noted some of the minor things we noticed to Ben whom took notes, marked the cosmetic blemishes we pointed out, and presented them to Wayne on Monday as he did not work that Sunday. We were contacted Monday morning by Wayne who asked us what our thoughts were on the Jeep and again verified the notes we made with Ben. We were told that they were willing to rectify the blemishes if we did decide to purchase the vehicle. Although my wife and I did not purchase a vehicle from Volkswagen of Gainesville, we were impressed with their exceptional services. Our choice not to buy from their dealership was simply because we decided we wanted a newer model Jeep than the one they had on their lot. We sincerely thank the staff who worked with us through the process and will be recommending this dealership in the future. More

He was also hospitable and provided a refreshing beverage for my son and I. We also went for a test drive during that time he explained many of the car's features.
