Easy to Buy a Car Customer Rep Thomas Arnett make it so simple for me to walk in and buy a great used vehicle for my college student. He found a car on their lot that Customer Rep Thomas Arnett make it so simple for me to walk in and buy a great used vehicle for my college student. He found a car on their lot that had our price point and low mileage. He acknowledged that I wanted to allow my student to co-sign our loan so that he could earn some credit cred (!), and along with the Finance Director, made it happen! From the time we walked in the door until the time we left with a new (used) car, it was about 3 hours which was exceptional and so appreciated. Personnel kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable. After going home, I realized I had made a mistake in judgement regarding extended overages. Panicked, the next day, I call the Finance director and he had a "no problem" attitude. Even sent someone to the credit union to retrieve my loan application before it was serviced. Can't say enough about Volkswagen. This last purchase has our family driving 3 very safe and attractive used vehicles. We are Volkswagen customers for life! More
