The guys at 1111 N Clark are fantastic. The manager of service is a super guy. The all fall in directly behind as being stand up guys as well. The whole place is great. Been to this dealership twice. Both times I had to wait almost 2 hours just to get an update on what is the issue with my car. In addition, both times I visited the part that I needed was not in stock. I n almost 2 hours just to get an update on what is the issue with my car. In addition, both times I visited the part that I needed was not in stock. I needed a tire the first time and I had to wait all that time for a “we don’t have your exact tire brand.” Second time I visited I needed a rear brake caliper that was not in stock and waited almost 3 hours. It seems like I am wasting my time when I visit downtown Volkswagan dealership. I am now motivated to take my business elsewhere. I understand that it takes a while to find out what may be the problem on a car but it shouldn’t take almost 2 hours with no follow up in between. I had to go out of my way to get an update. Clearly not happy with downtown Volkswagan dealership. More
