NEVER has car buying been so pleasurabl My husband and I had a PHENOMENAL experience with Hyundai Vision Webster!! The experience truly astounded us!! NEVER has car buying been so pleasurable and easy! From the start, we worked with Corrie on the internet to confirm the dealership had the vehicle we wanted. She then appropriately connected us with John Blair who was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. John took time to email me (my preferred method of contact) and respond to my questions then was always available by phone to discuss next steps with me. While the drive was 2 hours away from our home, it was 100% worth the pleasure of buying a car from this dealership. Not only did the staff take great care of us but they were amazing with our 2.5 year old son. I was concerned how well he'd do with a long drive and then waiting in the dealership while we purchased the car. From the moment we walked in the show room, we were pleasantly greeted and a very nice gentleman gave my son a big yellow balloon. We set up his snack right at John's desk and my son had a great time- which is just as important to us as our overall experience. I can't stress enough how grateful we were to have such an award-winning experience! I still look back with surprise on how seamless everything went. Who knew car buying could be so easy, personal, and fun! Also - I love the upfront pricing provided on the website - that alone drew us to the dealership, we felt confident that there would not be any haggling, etc on pricing and there wasn't! The other dealership that we were considering going to was much closer to our home but they fell far behind Vision with respects to customer contact. Thank you again to John and the whole team.
