Mario was very patient with us. He let us try out different models and pick one we were comfortable with. We must have spent 6 hours or more there and when we were done, he told us he was due to lea different models and pick one we were comfortable with. Getting my oil changed was very simple, and the service rep. Thomas was very accommodating with my busy schedule.
