Great service from Service staff and Sales staff I brought my 2009 RAV4 in for service on the last recall notice I received, saw the 2018 RAV4 and the rest is history! Sam Ibrahim was very helpful explaining the new gadgets the 2018 offers and was not pushy. My experience was positive. The reason for my visit was service, but I ended up with a new vehicle...win/win! More

Unexpected car repair and test driving new cars I had an unexpected car repair. The secretary was able to book an appointment for me right away. Poor visit that turned out well I brought my 2014 Toyota Siena in for its 60,000 mile service. I mentioned that we noticed the passenger mirror vibrating when we drive the car, espe I brought my 2014 Toyota Siena in for its 60,000 mile service. I mentioned that we noticed the passenger mirror vibrating when we drive the car, especially on the freeway. I asked that it be checked out. We purchased the bumper to bumper service contract when we bought the car so I was not worried about it getting fixed. The service person came out and told me the mirror was cracked inside and that it was not covered under warranty. I asked him to check further because no damage had happened to the outside of the mirror and it had to be a defect in the mirror itself. Upon further checking they discoverd that it was in fact covered under my warranty. I feel that the service person should have done a better job of checking out my coverage before telling me I was responsible for a very expensive repair. Had I not insisted he check further I would be $1,000 poorer. More

Recall repairs This dealership called me to have my recall issues completed, which was quite a bonus because otherwise I may not have had the worked completed in tim This dealership called me to have my recall issues completed, which was quite a bonus because otherwise I may not have had the worked completed in time to prevent extensive damage to my drive train that was found during the servicing of the vehicle. I would like to thank Mike and the team for getting this problem not only repaired but finding that it was still under warranty and saving me thousands of dollars. As a travel nurse, my 2010 Rav 4 must be more than just dependable and I appreciate the dealership for being concerned enough to keep it in tip top condition for the responsibility. They were fast, friendly and efficient and didn't try to steer me into a newer vehicle. Very Impressive Service! Teri Tetzel More
