They were great, till I had to go over my car and check it because they put they wrong tire on. It wouldn't been a issue but I dropped it off at 8 didn't pick it up till four. Since they didn't I had to stay another 28 min to get the right tire put on. I also didn't seem to get a apology for this inconvenience, just got I don't know how that happen. More

First off, Victory Honda has given us great service and personal attention for many years. Specifically, Lou Cheek was such a great help to us when we purchased our 2022 CRV last fall. And, she has continu personal attention for many years. Specifically, Lou Cheek was such a great help to us when we purchased our 2022 CRV last fall. And, she has continued to reach out to us and help us in a variety of ways with both our Honda vehicles. Lou is the best! I also want to give a shout-out to the outstanding people in the body shop at Victory Honda, specifically the manager, Candi Hammond and the fantastic body shop pro, Justin Ashley. I came in with some parking lot bumps and nicks that happened on our new CRV just yesterday. To say the least, we were very unhappy with that occurrence. Justin Ashley and his shop colleague, Kenny, looked it over first thing this morning, got me right in and took care of those bumps and scratches to the degree that was humanly possible. They were interested, kind, and caring. They did a great job. The Body Shop manager, Candi Hammond, was also very supportive and helpful in making sure we got fantastic service from her department. Thank you so much! This is why we keep coming back to Victory Honda. More
