ALL DAY CAR SHOPPING I was very pleased with my salesperson, Steve Ybarra. I was very unhappy with the condition of my 2014 Ford Expedition, which was being used as a DEM I was very pleased with my salesperson, Steve Ybarra. I was very unhappy with the condition of my 2014 Ford Expedition, which was being used as a DEMO. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, it was filthy. It took 3.5 hours to detail the vehicle before you could even tell what condition it was in. We spent 8 hrs. at the dealership. We did buy the vehicle because the price was right. I was very embarrassed for Steve and was extremely happy of how he kept his composure. There needs to be some guidelines on how DEMO's are taken care of. Thanks Steve for hanging in there with us! He had him running back and forth between lots looking for the right vehicle. His attitude was nothing less than an amiable professional, ready to help us find the vehicle that we wanted. Shortly after that I received an email from Scott asking for additional information on my trade, after answering a few questions I received a call from Scott with an offer. The trade offer was fair, so I filled out the online credit application, then received a call from Scott that everything was approved, when could you come get your new vehicle. Scott was very helpful in my new purchase transaction. When I arrived at the dealership which is 600 miles from where I live, Scott greeted me and went to work on finalizing my deal. Melinda Hendley was the finance officer I worked with, she did a excellent job in explaining everything. Then Sara Raines delivered the vehicle, explained how everything works and had me on my way. This is the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I would strongly recommend Vernon Auto Group to my family and friends.
