Called in to vern eide looking for new hondas, I talked to Howie lien and truely couldnt of asked for a nicer person. Everysingle question i had he had the answer right away. The service I received was EXCELLENT! I mainly worked with Howie but also Matt in the tire department. Poor attitudes and service. Made an appt at 1:45 - when they finally got to the car at about 3:00 they informed me that my "appt" time is actually a "check in" time. Bought my first car with them in 1985 they finally got to the car at about 3:00 they informed me that my "appt" time is actually a "check in" time.
