This was my first visit to the service center. The personnel that I met were all very cordial. I was informed that the rep assigned to me would be with me shortly. Eric arrived and began to advise me of the expected process, including the time involved, my options to wait or use the transport services. I opted to wait! Overall I was really pleased with the service, especially the car wash which I almost declined after Eric's offer. Great job VERA, thank you! More

When I called the dealership to ask about a possible recall for the temperature sensor, I was advised there was no recall for that part but there was another outstanding recall and the temperature senso recall for the temperature sensor, I was advised there was no recall for that part but there was another outstanding recall and the temperature sensor should be covered by the powertrain warranty. Gustavo Rodriguez, made an appointment for the recall part and temperature sensor check. He also provided a loaner car for the three days my car was in the shop. Conrad Hernandez, my advisor, called me when the car was finished and arranged for a valet to deliver my car to my home and pick up the loaner. It was a 5 star experience. More
