All I can say is “Wow” amazing service. Had the vehicle towed to their shop on a Friday, Spoke with Eric and Christopher over the phone. They told me to give them a couple of days. The maintenance shop took 10 days to fix an air conditioner when I had an appointment. Vera did not need to order parts. I was told they were backed up. Vera kept kept my car and did not offer a l conditioner when I had an appointment. Vera did not need to order parts. I was told they were backed up. Vera kept kept my car and did not offer a loaner. I have an older car and it would have been good business to treat me and my car well. Instead my next vehicle will not be coming from Vera even though my last three cars were bought here and they have had my business for more than 20 years. More
