Purchased a so called certified pre owned 22 Escalade platinum pretty much sight unseen I saw it at the lot never test drove it never even got into the suv based on Vera’s prestigious name I just went ah platinum pretty much sight unseen I saw it at the lot never test drove it never even got into the suv based on Vera’s prestigious name I just went ahead and did the purchase till I was about to sign and they told me tvs were broken but they would exchange that wasn’t a big deal I thought and signed the contracts to later find out there back ordered and no way to know when my 98k suv would have it’s equipment found later the next day truck had no gps chip also has two blown speakers that rattle top it off yesterday I realized truck has been repainted and paint drips are on the hood wow is this what a certified pre owned Cadillac is supposed to be what has happened to Vera’s name over the years I’ve purchased many cars think this has been the worst or one of the worst I purchased last year 2 C8 pre owned corvettes from freído and I can’t understand how a family car is beat up so much more then a sports car and how this is certified very disappointed More
