Vera Buick GMC - Service Center

The service received from service department technician very poorly. My car been in and out for service since I got this car which is a 2024 Buick. Dashboard not working proper was in the shop in and out very poorly. My car been in and out for service since I got this car which is a 2024 Buick. Dashboard not working proper was in the shop in and out 4 time. Door handle has a scratch which management decided that is no cover. To fix it they want 800.00. The came with a dent and scratches. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday and drop my car off at the scheduled time. My car was not looked at until the following Tuesday. Gio was my service advisor. When i originally took the car he explain everything that was wrong. He mentioned he didn’t have the oart in stock. He offered a free rental. He called a few days later when the part came in. It only took 1 day and a few hours. My car was cleaned and running great. He called me the following day just to follow up.
