Antonio Cruz was friendly, courteous and very polite. He made me feel very comfortable with our purchase and was easy to talk to. Yeaterday I had the pleasure of returning to Ventura Toyota to purchase a new Toyota to replace a much loved and very reliable 13 yr old Carolla with close to 200,000 miles on it. I felt that his "sales presentation" was based on facts and expierence. His enthusiasm in helping me find my car made my overall expierence such a joy. After an initially horrible experience, Mike Stamakinley called me back and was able to help me out on my lease of a 2012 Venza. He located my vehicle from the valley and brought it in the same day. I was very fortunate and lucky to have been helped by Charles Herrera. From the moment he approached me he was very professional and curtious. Turns out the car also had a discount that expired on that day as well, and Bryan made sure the paperwork was done properly and on time before the the discount expired. Bryan also arranged a good deal for my car. Then I headed to financing with Kim, who was very friendly and professional through the whole process. She explained to me in detail the process of financing the car. We filled up all the necessary paperwork, and she was committed to do anything she could to get the car financed. In the end, I got a good deal for the car and drove away on it back home. I liked this dealer, and how friendly and professional the staff is through the process. I would definitely recommend this to a friend, and if I need a car in the future I will come back here. More
