William made purchasing my very first car memorable and very easy. He was down to earth, lively, funny, and extremely helpful. My friend liked him so much that she even formed a crush on him. He was well versed in the knowledge of the car, he talked about the specs of the car as if it was his own which I greatly appreciated. It would have been nice to finish up the deal with him since he was great, but I must say Luis did a fantastic job of helping us pick up where we had left off. It was also an opportunity to see how nice the overall staff was instead of just our personal dealer. I did appreciate William's efforts to get us where we wanted to be at in terms of price as he referred us to his manager which is one thing Luis lacked. When I asked Luis for the paper that Francisco Montanez filled out the night before he made little effort to find it and his discrepancies in paperwork from what we had established the night before really put me off to coming back since I felt that my paperwork shouldn't have been lost nor dismissed the way it was by Luis. Regardless of this hiccup, Luis was extremely pleasant to work with he just needs to keep in mind that if one dealer tells a customer one thing you should at least properly acknowledge it with all the correct paperwork. I don't have any advice for William, he was exceptionally great. One more thing, I really liked receiving a call from William the day after asking about my satisfaction with the purchase and congratulating me on it. I thought it was an extremely thoughtful thing to do and I really felt taken care of since I felt he actually cared about how I liked the car after having it for a day. I think both Luis and William excelled in this department as they both made sure to genuinely congratulate me and share in the excitement of my new purchase which helped make me even more excited. It was nice to hear it personally from Luis and then after actually having my vehicle from William. That was the most pleasant surprise. I wish more people would call to see if their products were good purchases it was nice. More
I negotiated the deal via Internet Sales, Sam Swaim and he provided me with a very competitive price that he said would beat the other dealers' internet quotes that I had already received. I was very specific about the interior & exterior color of the Prius V model three that I planned to purchase from the dealer with the lowest price. Sam called me within the hour after I had given the specifics of the car I planned to purchase. Sam said that they had the car I was inquiring about at the dealership and said his Manager Jaime had already approved the price that would beat any others, but the price was good only for that day only. I did come in that day, and the price we agreed on over the phone was honored for the car I wanted. Since Sam was working with another customer when we came in, he got Ramon H to take over for him, and Ramon was very knowledgeable, helpful and did not pressure us at all and we got exactly what we wanted. When Ramon finished up the initial paperwork within an hour and half of arriving, then we had to wait about an hour for the financial person, Sean H, to free up to complete the remainder of the paperwork which were the financials and that took another hour. I did tell Sam that I needed to be in and out quickly as I was with family in tow and he said the deal would take about at least 1 hour and it took a total of 4 hours at the delearship. The total time spent at the dealership was much more that I expected and there was a hungry family to feed. No food or drinks were offered, even though we were there for 4 hours and it was during dinnertime. With the above exception, our overall experience was positive, friendly, very professional, and non-pressured. Thus, we bought the car that we wanted and got it at a great price. Our overall experience was great, so we gave it a 5, especially since everything was as promised! Thanks Ventura Toyota for a great experience. We are very happy with our Prius V! SL More

We found an ad for the car we purchased online for a good price, so we called and made an appointment to meet with a salesperson at 7:15PM on a Thursday evening for the vehicle we'd seen advertised. Deon wa price, so we called and made an appointment to meet with a salesperson at 7:15PM on a Thursday evening for the vehicle we'd seen advertised. Deon was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the test drive to the gas station as the car was out of gas and there wasn't enough fuel at the dealership for the minimum 1/4 tank they will sell all used cars with. We were very satisfied with the deal we left with (which included a full tank of gas) a few hours later and have recommended this dealership to friends. More

I bought a new toyota t-100 in 1995, drove it for 17 years. what a great truck!!! I put 289000 miles on it. And yes I bought it from Ventura Toyota. A'lot has changed in 17 years,except for the way Ventura toyota handles their business.Everyone I spoke to was very professional,helpful and courteous. I can't say enough about Larry Lee. I knew he was my dealer when I drove onto the lot. Buying a new car can be very stressful! but the manner in which he handled himself put me right at ease.
