We worked with Marion Swain and Manuel Cosio who were both totally awesome! Besides getting a really good deal on the exact car we were looking for, they made the experience painless and a pleasure. Marion pointed out features the new Camry had that helped us get a better rate on our insurance. She also handled all the paperwork and was well organized. Manuel went over all the features the new car had which was many! He was excellent at demonstrating them, not just talking about them. He paired our phones and demonstrated how Bluetooth worked, which we loved. They did not rush us, and we could tell they wanted to make sure we were informed and comfortable, which we were. We had a good experience 20 years ago when we purchased a 4Runner here, and they did not dissapoint this time. More

Both times were very smooth and I will probably buy my next vehicle from Ventura Toyota. Our salesman, Luis, was extremely helpful and friendly through this process...without him, we probably would not have bought a new truck, today. He seemed genuinely excited about our purchase and really helped us with a jovial attitude. He really felt more like a fun family member than someone trying to sell a car. We appreciated that...and quite frankly needed that. Overall, Ventura Toyota is, without exaggeration, the best Toyota dealership in the area. The cleanliness of the service area and the welcoming attitude of the sales make me confident in saying I would definitely buy another and recommend buying a Toyota from Ventura Toyota. This is my second vehicle from them...I can honestly say that I have not had a negative experience, yet. More

In and out in 2 hours Leased a 2014 corolla S today. I was greeted in the parking lot, James showed us all available cars on lot. Big selection of colors and options. Very friendly and worked with our budget. Lee took care of finance.. Explined in easy to Understand terms and also was very warm and friendly. Vehicle was washed and ready to go as soon as paperwork was complete. This was by far the best car buying experience ive had... First class act at Ventura Toyota! More

James and Jackie were great! I was there to sell my Camry and move on to the Prius. James was the one that helped through this process. My family and I have been going to Ventura Toyota / Scion for years. My family and I have gotten about 15-20 cars from Ventura Toyota / Scion. We keep coming back because we know that they will take care of us. Luis Martinez is who I keep going back to and refer people to because Luis is not just a salesman he is someone who genuinely wants to make sure you get what you like and makes you feel like your happiness is the most important mission for him. I will continue to go back to Luis because of the amazing effort he puts into all the people he helps. I have also had the pleasure of working with Jamie Torres, Marion Swain, Jackie Sanchez and most recently with Lee Jaitt. They have all made sure we didn't feel rushed or pressured into any deal and they always make sure to explain anything we might have any questions on before proceeding. I can honestly say i know i will get taken care of as long as they are there and now I feel like they are all family, thats how welcomed they make me feel. I treasure the relationship I have with them and thats not something a lot of people will or can say about people they deal with when it comes to getting a car. Amazing car-buying experience! Honest and excellent! Today my wife and I bought a new van at Ventura Toyota. The sales person greeted us in a very respectful and friendly manner. His name is Luis Marti Today my wife and I bought a new van at Ventura Toyota. The sales person greeted us in a very respectful and friendly manner. His name is Luis Martinez. The first thing that impressed us about him is that he truly listened to what we were saying and immediately directed us to what WE wanted to buy (which was an amazing experience, since the many other dealerships that we visited were all about their own agenda.) Right away we could tell that he was excellent at what he was doing and that he was genuine in his comments and very honest. Our biggest concern going into any dealership is if we are going to get a fair deal. He spent the whole time trying to work with us and to meet our requests. By the end of the sale we were happy with the deal that we got and amazed by the service and care that we received. He told us several times throughout the process that he wanted us to leave the dealership with a smile on our face and feeling happy. We got exactly what we hoped for! The F& I Manager was top notch also. Her name is Jackie Sanchez. She helped us sign the contracts in the same honest and friendly way that Luis helped us. I HIGHLY recommend this car dealership. Do yourself a favor and ask for Luis Martinez. You won't be sorry. He is one of the most genuine people that I have ever encountered. Thank you Ventura Toyota!!! More
