He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He was not at all high pressured. This was our first experience leasing a vehicle. He patiently took us through all the steps, made sure we got the color we wanted, set up the bluetooth, and patiently explained all the features of the vehicle. Afterwards he contacted us several times to make sure everything was going well and assured us that he is always available if we have questions. When our lease is up, we will definitely head back to Venice Toyota, and hopefully Steve will still be there! More

Service department I had a nice experience with the gentleman that took care of me while I was getting my rav 4 serviced on Monday at 4pm.
