When I got my car back the a/c didn't work (it worked before I dropped it off), I had no communication from the body shop until it was time to pick up the vehicle (like "is there anything else you need done while we have your vehicle that you would like to pay for yourself?", one brand new headlight, the old one looked like it has glaucoma (I would have paid for a new matching headlight), one battery terminal was completely corroded (how long does it take to scrub it with some baking soda - you had the hood off for weeks), no clips for the fender (glad it didn't fly off while driving on 75), 2 dashboard lights on (one is just I need an oil change, the other was washer fluid) - no phone call, "can we take care of that for you?", they could have made extra money off me, but no...couldn't be bothered. Donna is great (in the office-very helpful especially in getting my rental and bringing it back), other than that - meh. More

While on vacation I had an issue with my power window. .spent one afternoon at dealership getting it "diagnosed"...was told parts needed to be ordered..set up an appointment for installation of parts.. spe .spent one afternoon at dealership getting it "diagnosed"...was told parts needed to be ordered..set up an appointment for installation of parts.. spent second afternoon of vacation waiting for parts to be installed..was supposed to be out the door in 2 hours... after 2hrs 45 minutes they told they need more parts can't get vehicle back till tomorrow.they provided me with a rental car and told me part will be information sure tomorrow morning at 730...tech will be in at 8 and be able to wrap it up by..9am..I'm currently spending my 3rd day of vacation waiting for a vehicle that was supposed to be done yesterday..tons of excuses...no Truth ..they even had the nerve to place an unsolicited call to me to try and sell me another vehicle More

Came in to look at a new Highlander. Sales rep didn't have a new one on lot but had a 2023 he wanted to show us.
