Excellent sales experience buying our truck. Then came the finance part of the sale. Was straight up lied to. Offered extended warranty, and svc agreement. Asked twice if it was direct with Toyo Then came the finance part of the sale. Was straight up lied to. Offered extended warranty, and svc agreement. Asked twice if it was direct with Toyota, and was told it was. Offered to put more $ down on finance contract. Was told they couldn't accept more on a personal check than was already printed on contract. Very disappointing. Cancelled contracts. Refi'd the truck for a lot less. Have left numerous messages for the GM, Brian Allison, and no call back. Explains a lot. More
