5 hr wait time I don't usually write reviews because I don't think they are truthful for the most part. However, I received a notification of a recall for my 4 run I don't usually write reviews because I don't think they are truthful for the most part. However, I received a notification of a recall for my 4 runner air bag so I made an appointment. I was at the dealership before 8:00am and was told I would be out of pocket for a couple of hrs. I could live with that. after 4 hrs I was getting tired of looking at the same walls. I understand that sometimes dealerships get busy but from where I was sitting it did not appear to be that way. when I questioned the status of my vehicle I was told that it's at least a 3.5hr job. I had asked that an oil change be done (thank goodness it wasn't or I might still be there!!) anyway 5 hrs later I was out of there. OH ya and while I was waiting for my vehicle an energetic salesman came over and tried to buy my vehicle. SOP for the dealership I suppose :-) this is a great place if you have nothing but time on your hands. However, I am a high powered individual who hates to waste time. More

Suggestion about service costs I have used this dealership for several years and enjoy very good service. Two things: I miss Maria. She was the best. And when your service people quote a cost, they should tell you the whole cost, not just the cost of the part. Installation is a cost and should be included plus any tax involved. Quoting just the part is not informative and I, personally, don't like surprises at the check-out counter. More
