My wife and I were initially considering the purchase of a used Civic. We had a 2009 Accord on lease that was ending in another month. After looking at the used Civics that were available our sales person, Dale, recommended that we consider another lease. I had no intention of leasing another vehicle however, the lease on a 2012 was so attractive that we decided to lease a 2012 Accord. Both Dale and Tim were very helpful and did not force us into another lease without us being comfortable with it. Also, the Business Mgr, Troy, was very efficient and informative. Our experience at Cramer Honda was a postive one. We would recommend them to anyone considering their next purchase or lease. More

Everyone was helpful and polite to us, and our toddler in and out of the vehicles! Jim was awesome at following up, but not being aggressive and overbearing! I was actually in disbelief at how easy Jim, Ralph (finance) and John (lending) made the experience. With my busy work, school, and family life, Jim, Ralph, and John actually arranged the paperwork that I didn't have to drive my family back, and they drove the 30 minutes to my city (North Port). I was also provided warrantee and GAP insurance and a lower rate than I had anticipated (even on a used vehicle)! I will certainly recommend Jim, Ralph, John, and Venice Honda. More
