Venice Honda

My daughter just went to Venice Honda to look at a green focus that they said they had and confirmed that they had the day we were going. We told them we would be there at 218 pm after the hour and a half d focus that they said they had and confirmed that they had the day we were going. When we got there Dale told us they didnt have anything in the same price range and mileage but kept asking questions like what my credit score was. Also Alex was the one texting us and there appears to be no Alex. This car is still listed on their website as available. My daughter inquired the next day if the car was available and they told her it was. They are scammers. Do not go here!! More

Do not look at a car on the website. They will not stop calling you - leaving voice mails and emails.,never have I seen a dealership so desperate for a sale. Austin was a very patient and informative representative. He clearly shared info and answered our questions. We used the Costco pricing so that aspect was fantastic. After some analysis and discussion, we somehow found a very good %rate. This was the only questionable activity during our experience. Finance person was polite and helpful but that first offer caused a bit of distrust. More

Set up and appointment for a test drive for 4:30 on May 5, 2025 with Sharone Rivera. Arrived at 4:35 a few minutes late and greeted by someone else. After 10 minutes we were told the car was moved to Saras 5, 2025 with Sharone Rivera. Arrived at 4:35 a few minutes late and greeted by someone else. After 10 minutes we were told the car was moved to Sarasota the day before. We made the appointment the day before and then confirmed it 3 times including the morning of. 40 minute trip each way to find no car. I truly believe their only goal was to get us on the lot thinking they could sell us something else with complete disregard for our time. Sharone rating is a 1 star. Dealership is a 1 star. I would not and will not recommend using them More
