What really got my attention in the beginning was his response to an internet request for a qu I had a good experience with Richard in buying my car. What really got my attention in the beginning was his response to an internet request for a quote where he destroyed the competition from a Costco affiliated dealership. We only had to meet once to complete the deal. In addition to being personable, he was very knowledgeable about the product, and also helped me with some other questions I had after the sale. This was a minor disappointment for us. We have driven this vehicle about 500 miles, and all of its advanced features seem to work well to date. More
