James was totally opposite, he of course wanted the sale but he made sure he knew what my expectations were upfront and this made everything click after that. He was well dressed, professional, and very engaged. He made sure I was comfortable, offered me a beverage, and since it was so cold he brought each automobile to the front and warmed them up to make sure I was warm...what service!! James did an OUTSTANDING job and held to his word to correct any issues I had. I will definitely forward anyone to him that may be looking to purchase an automobile.
