Excellent salesman I had an awesome experience buying my 2016 Toyota Tacoma from Vann York Toyota. I gave the salesperson, Bradford Severance, all the information about I had an awesome experience buying my 2016 Toyota Tacoma from Vann York Toyota. I gave the salesperson, Bradford Severance, all the information about the truck that I wanted over the phone. Within days, he found the truck and had it on the lot. Bradford Severance found the perfect truck for me with everything I wanted and more. He was very cordial and he never made me feel pressured into buying from him. In addition, Bradford Severance and Vann York Toyota gave me the best price I could find from VA to GA...believe me I looked. Finally, I would definitely buy again from Vann York Toyota and Bradford Severance because I enjoyed meeting each and every one of the other employees I met that day, and mostly, because Bradford did everything he told me he would do for me and then some. More

Strong sales & mgmt; less than enthusiastic admin& service Initial sales interaction was professional and efficient which I appreciated. Terrence and Marvin were particularly positive and helpful, as was the Initial sales interaction was professional and efficient which I appreciated. Terrence and Marvin were particularly positive and helpful, as was the front desk receptionist. Follow up items in the days after sale completion, however, were very disjointed and left the customer to chase several loose ends. Service department completed a work order, then parked vehicle just outside the window while service rep went to lunch. Customer was left to wait and eventually asked 2 other idle service managers for assistance. They immediately processed the service paperwork, and customer was no longer waiting while the completed vehicle was sitting just outside the door. Overall Vann York seems to be a solid sales team but has some internal customer service items that could be improved. More
