Most depressing service department I've ever experienced I've visited this service location a few times, and each visit has been progressively worse than the previous. There is no rhyme or reason to their I've visited this service location a few times, and each visit has been progressively worse than the previous. There is no rhyme or reason to their "intake" process; no one greets incoming customers or even smiles at us; their information is vague and incomplete. Upon completion, they simply hand you the keys to send you on a search for your vehicle in the vast lot. They didn't even reset the "maintenance required" system in my car. More
