Overall everyone was very friendly and helpful.Marvin is a true wheeler and dealer, but is so pleasant about it!! The price negotiation took a little longer than my wife would have liked (she wanted to go in and come out in five minutes), but it was worth it to get the good price we did for the vehicle. My experience with the folks at Van York was one of the best I've ever had. The sales team helped me compare and contrast the pros and cons of both models. They were completely objective and listened to my needs and never once pressured me to make a decision. In the end both cars would have been a good choice.
