He thoroughly took the time to sit down and explain to me about how to get out of a lemon that I was over paying for ! Terrence took the time out to work the numbers and go above and beyond to have me riding home in my new 2015 Camry. I was so Excited, because he had an answer for every question my Mom threw at him ! Very knowledgeable and explains in great detail . Well needless to say a year and a half later I called Terrence and said Hey Man I want another Camry but this one I want a lot of accessories in it ! I called him from work around 10am and I had my new 2017 Camry XSE just in time for my Birthday! I recommend Terrence to all of my friends because he is Awesome at what he does. More

Poor response to dry rotted tires on a just purchased car. I purchased a 2012 Camry on August 8th and on September 14th I had to purchase 4 new tires while on vacation because we had a controlled blow out on I I purchased a 2012 Camry on August 8th and on September 14th I had to purchase 4 new tires while on vacation because we had a controlled blow out on I40 doing 70 miles per hour. Turns out all 4 tires were bad. We brought all the tires back with us and went back to the dealer. We were not treated very nicely - apparently they do not value us as a good customer. And the ironic thing is we traded in out 1999 Tacoma PU - Mint condition with 4 BRAND NEW TIRES ON IT and instead we were given the run around and to this day we still did not get any restitution or anything from the dealer. So this is the LAST vehicle I will be purchasing from them and if anyone asks me where I purchase they will get the whole story. Very dissatisfied - we could have been seriously injured or killed and they are about the bottom line. Sad really big dealership like this and they can't take care of their customers instead they have a manager that throws out accusations left and right putting the blame for the bad tires on us - WE ARE THE CUSTOMER WE PURCHASED THE CAR. More

Service Has Gone Downhill Have been a customer for about 10 years and up until the last 2 years have been totally satisfied with the service--best I have ever experienced. Abo Have been a customer for about 10 years and up until the last 2 years have been totally satisfied with the service--best I have ever experienced. About 2 years ago I saw the service slip dramatically. Twice they tried to sell me a new tire because of a small nail in the tread area. The second time they tried that stunt, it was because I saw a shiny object in the tread area, Went to a tire dealer and found the nail had been wedged in the tread but had not penetrated the tire. Recently asked for the service manager to call me on 2 occasions over an issue I was having. After not hearing from him I went to see him and his reason for not calling in a 2 week period was that he had been busy. They will be doing an expensive repair that might have been covered under warranty but they advised to wait until the next 5000 mike service to do another inspection of the problem. At that point it was 10,000 out of warranty an I am now stuck with half of a huge repair bill. Their unethical behavior on the tire issue and poor handling of a major repair issue has lost them a customer and urge others to think twice about dealing with them. The founder of the company is an extraordinary man who built a company based on high ethical standards. With him out of the day to day operations, the dealership is not what it used to be. What a terrible shame. More
Terrible service after purchase of used vehicle! Purchased a 1996 Mazda pickup with 162000 miles. Left dealership and odometer was not working! Brought it back 2 days later and they checked it out and said they would make an appointment with a repair place to have it fixed! That was a week ago and still nothing. Fixed it myself!! Also had to replace Headlight bulbs and windshield wiper blades! Was told it's a 4000.00 vehicle and you have to expect to put money into it! Will never go back and there statement about quality used cars is a joke! More
