Our time was very limited due to having a babysitter for our toddlers. When we asked for details and numbers, we received them. They took the time to understand what we needed as opposed to just trying to sell us something we did not need. We did not feel like we were playing a game - it was "straight shooting". Our sales consultant was Kathy Fulton. I would recommend her to anyone. She was professional, polite, and HONEST, this was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was that the exact car we wanted was not on their lot, but they were able to get the car from another local dealer within 24 hours. We had a good and pleasant experience with Vann York and will repeat our business with them as well as refer family and friends. More
