We trust the Vann York dealerships to be informative, fair, and honest. Robert Saintsing at Vann York Honda was a perfect example of meeting our expectations. He was very informative and presented his information in a way that we really appreciated. He seemed to be able to anticipate most of our questions and understood what we were looking for. He wasn't trying to "force the CRV" to fit our needs" just to sell a car but rather explained to us what the CRV offered and let us make the decision which we appreciated. More

Hassle Free Shopping I don't like shopping for vehicles, but I went with my husband as he needed a vehicle and had previously talked to Mr. Saintsing. While he was discus I don't like shopping for vehicles, but I went with my husband as he needed a vehicle and had previously talked to Mr. Saintsing. While he was discussing the vehicle he wanted to purchase, I looked around and started asking questions about another vehicle with Mr. Sturdivant. He provided me with the keys to one of the vehicles outside the showroom door so I could see the interior. I then told him I wanted one with leather and heated seats. He advised that the dealership could have that done to the vehicle that they had but I needed to drive one. He brought a passion purple vehicle from around back and I took it for a test drive. I purchased that vehicle and hopefully, today, the leather/heated seat are being installed and I can pick it up tomorrow. Everyone that assisted me at the dealership was very helpful and made it as painless as possible. More
