Unbeknownst to Mr. Britght, the vehicle I had wanted sold the night before. Mr. Bright could see i was disappointed and began working with me to find out what type of car i was looking for. Through his questions he was able to get an idea of what i was looking for. He then found me another vehicle with similar mileage, but was actually a newer model (2019 vehicle, the vehicle i initially looked at was a 2018) and was similar in price, but had way more options.
