I went in for two reasons, routine service (oil change) for my 2019 Chevy pickup and to visit with the sales department as I purchased an additional vehicle. The sale part of my visit was pleasant and wou for my 2019 Chevy pickup and to visit with the sales department as I purchased an additional vehicle. The sale part of my visit was pleasant and wound up purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. On the other hand was quite disappointed regarding the service department. I purchased an air filter and cabin filter before I came in and asked for them to install while the did the oil change. Something that is very common at oil change shops. They informed me it would be up to $45 for one filter and $15-$20 on the other for installing them! I wound up going to another shop that put them on for free! Needless to say I won't be going back for service on any vehicle if I can avoid it. Save your hard earned money and go where they won't try to take advantage. I thought for a large dealership to do that to a costumer was sad. More
