Nearly immediately I found myself thinking, "I"m gonna go with a Subaru after all!" Jorge was a perfect combination of listening and providing info and guidance. He didn't push me. He let me test drive several cars, more than once. He was immediately available when I stopped by on whim. He ended up finding me a total bargain that saved me 50 dollars a month compared to comparable dealers and car models. He and his team absolutely won me over. More

We remembered we had a car buying service with our Sam's Club membership and decided to give it a try. Tori Houghton emailed us immediately with information and a price, then she called first thing the next morning to follow-up on the email. We decided to go look at the car and do a test drive with no real intent on buying at that time. We feel that Tori and Valley Subaru offered us great price and super service so needless to say we bought the car that day. Tori had told us she was a Subaru nerd and she made sure she thoroughly went over all the features that our car had. We were very disappointed, but we could see that Carrie was trying her best to help. At first, she tried to offer us an upgraded model at the best price she said she could offer, but we decided not. We were thinking of leaving already, but seeing that she was still trying, we decided to wait. Finally, Carrie was able to get us the car we wanted from another Subaru dealer in Colorado Springs. Guess what? It was also the color that we preferred. Great Job Carrie !!! More

Upon arriving, John had the car ready for us to look at, and an initial price before negotiation that wasn't way out of left field like other dealerships. We had done a ton of homework and new what to expect. The process was as easy as possible. John was the first car dealer I've ever worked with who didn't make me feel like I was part of some sleazy, annoying negotiation. It was refreshing. We were in and out with our new car in less than three hours, and when he gave my son a Star Wars toy on the way out, it made our day as a family. Kudos for bringing humanity into car shopping, John!
