That same day 10/16 I pursued moving funds out of an IRA for a down payment of $6600. Told your salesman I would not write a check for $6600 that was not there in my checking account. That is illegal to begin with. Your sales manager demanded I take the deal Friday. What a way to do business. Electronic funds transfer was initiated Friday to be completed 10/19. I informed your salesman of the transfer completion Monday. I was also advised to pursue bank financing as a backup. That I did through Chesapeake Bank of Maryland. I don't do mobile banking and a transfer from an IRA cannot be transacted by phone. I was advised of sale of the vehicle after showing it to my wife and daughter. I acted in good faith but I don't find a similar response on your end. Mike is a great salesman demonstrating supreme professionalism. Mike said he would find another car. I can't believe this a standard practice when doing business with the public. I await your response. More

New car puchases Considering that I was purchasing 2 new vehicles, I would have expected a friendlier experience with sales manager Steve Rainey. I nearly walked out without purchasing the vehicles based on his demeanor with me. He could use some training in sensitivity and the client experience. As a prior purchaser at Valley Motors, I have come to expect better interactions. Our salesman, Steve Scott was fine. He went the extra yard to locate the vehicles I wanted and got them for us in an appropriate time frame. He stayed in communication through out the process. More

Jorge Curbera is a great salesperson..very personable,has a sense of humor,explained everything in detail ......Robert Williams [ finance ] is also great at his job..explained all of the optional programs bu a sense of humor,explained everything in detail ......Robert Williams [ finance ] is also great at his job..explained all of the optional programs but never pressured us..he was also patient and accommodating when we changed our mind and went with the 7yr / 100,000 mile ext warrenty after initially choosing the 7 / 70,000.....we also purchased the prepaid maintenance program.. we will be sure to recommend valley Subaru to all of our friends and anyone we meet who is looking for a car......dan & diane bohager More
