I travel extensively so connecting face to face with Brian took almost 3 months. What impressed me is he never gave up and when we did communicate there were never any signs of frustration from him. Took my Ford Focus in for 20000 mile checkup. I made myself a cup of fresh coffee, sat down and made a few phone calls, and before my coffee was half gone my car was done and in the car wash! About 6 mi myself a cup of fresh coffee, sat down and made a few phone calls, and before my coffee was half gone my car was done and in the car wash! About 6 minutes later it was delivered to me in the front of the building nice and clean and I was on my Merry way. A very good experience on the day after Thanksgiving. The shopping malls were crowded but I got speedy service at Uptown as usual! More
