I was looking for an older model bmw 330ci . They had one in the fishers li action that looked incredible, a 2005, with only 37.000 miles and a one owner clean carfax. But I was in NY, and made the capital mistake of not arranging for a third party inspection. Something my salesperson Tim, pointed out AFTER I received the car and lodged my many complaints. I would have loved such reminder before we closed the deal, but, my bad. My clean carfax car, had been hit at least twice, and obviously they knew that as they bought the car from someone. Rust in a few spots, unstitched driver’s seat, a 830 dollar bill two days after receiving the car due to the brakes being rusted and locking, in short, a disaster. None of their great pics showed any of the rust, the door that is misaligned and doesn’t close properly, none of that. Once I complained, my salesperson, TIM, says to me, for a 2005 I don’t think it’s “ that bad”. I guess he agrees it was bad, just not “ That bad”. I was stupid in not hiring anyone to go check the car, don’t make the same mistake. Don’t trust their pics, as car salesmen, they make for great photographers. You fooled me once, shame on you. Hopefully nobody else falls for their deception. More

I had an excellent experience with Unlimited Motors in Fishers. Worked with Jimmy and he went above and beyond to accommodate a few extra needs I had with regard to appointment times and test driving the Fishers. He responded to my email questions promptly, was patient and never made me feel pressured or rushed. This was my first experience using an independent car dealership and I would absolutely use them again should I find myself in need of another vehicle in the future. I also happen to love the car I purchased, so that’s another plus! More
