Awful, Belittling Experience Where do I even begin? This was a truly awful experience. Upon my fiancé and I sitting down loan in hand, I was interrogated about my interest rate by Where do I even begin? This was a truly awful experience. Upon my fiancé and I sitting down loan in hand, I was interrogated about my interest rate by Tim the finance guy. He said “It’s sad our financing department can’t give you a better rate than the bank.” It’s none of his business what my interest rate was. He acted ticked off I wasn’t financing through him. I asked if the 8.5 gallon fuel tank would be filled, since I was spending more money than I had ever seen on this vehicle, to which he replied “it’ll have enough for you to drive out of here.” When I requested a full tank of gas again, became hostile insisting I need to talk to the salesman about that, and that he “sends $40000 cars out the door with a quarter tank of fuel.” He then sent us out of the room to call his general manager. He called us back, didn’t say a word to me, and had someone fill it with gas. I also was under the impression the car would be cleaned out before purchase. When I brought up the dirt on the seats and goop on the cup holders in the car, he said “We aren’t detailing it.” Apparently the GM told him different, but he made it clear I’ll have to come back some other time to have it detailed. The worst part of all was the fact that Tim said “This money you are spending is nothing, I just sold a $40000, that $7500 is nothing.” I have been searching everywhere for this particular car, so I couldn’t buy it anywhere else or I would have. I wanted to walk out so badly. I am appalled by the awful service and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. More
