I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received during a safety inspection at University Volvo. When it was discovered my front seat belts needed replacing due to a safety recall, the se I received during a safety inspection at University Volvo. When it was discovered my front seat belts needed replacing due to a safety recall, the service department immediately arranged for a beautiful loaner for the afternoon so I wouldn’t have to wait in the service area for hours. I was able to get lunch and perform some “retail therapy” and when I returned hours later, my car was ready, washed and delivered to me at no cost whatsoever. I love my Volvo and the people at University Volvo definitely do a great job of earning your loyalty! More
