I was sent an email to write a review, so here it is. The sales people were friendly and had been working for Tyson for 10 years. We were buying a vehicle for our son as asked if the 2017 Cherokee had The sales people were friendly and had been working for Tyson for 10 years. We were buying a vehicle for our son as asked if the 2017 Cherokee had apple car play because we dont want him looking at his phone while driving. They said it did. It wasnt until we brought it home did we find out that the Uconnect radios in all Chryster prodiucts no longer support any of thier apps (since 2022). If we had know that, we would not have purchased that vehicle. The salemen that failed to disclose this information, said they had no clue, although they have worked at a chrystler/dodge dealership for 10+ years. They only thing they offered is to install navigation software for full price ($500+). No good enough. If they want to make this right, they need to install a radio system that works. Very disappointed More
