Tyson Service and Sales I've had great experiences with Tysons in Shorewood. I have a huge list of exceptional experiences with my sales guy Jason Beltran and the service ma I've had great experiences with Tysons in Shorewood. I have a huge list of exceptional experiences with my sales guy Jason Beltran and the service manager Joe. I have to compliment the Service dept (Joe) specifically for helping me with this. My daughter who is active military and is stationed states away from home stopped in for a surprise visit. She had the whole week to visit but had to go back the next Sunday. On Tuesday I noticed her car (2015 Patriot) had a minor shaking feel while stopped with car in gear. I called Tyson service and explained what was going on. The service person on the phone checked and they had no openings for two weeks because they were swamped. I told him the urgency and asked if there is anything they could do. He politely said I'll check with the manager. The manager Joe, got on the line personally and verified all that I had told him. Joe seemed to care and i believe Joe is a supporter of our military by how sympathetic he was to my issue. Joe said he would do everything he could. So I didn't hear from him again till Friday and totally had figured he forgot. I was wrong, he called me back two days later personally and said he had a cancelation and could squeeze me in sat morning. I brought it in Friday night and they had it ready to go before noon Saturday. You can't expect this kind of customer service anywhere but that's the service I received from Tyson. Unfortunately, we have had repeated trouble with our town and country I can't say enough about our experience with Ryan Joritz at Tyson of Shorewood. However, every single time we have needed to bring our van in to be assessed, Ryan has gone out of his way to listen to our concerns and address them in a timely manner.
