Best to date I have read several reviews of the service department. When buying my truck I had decided not to use the dealership for my service. After some long co I have read several reviews of the service department. When buying my truck I had decided not to use the dealership for my service. After some long conversations with John I decided I would give the dealership a shot. My first experience was less than exceptional and I shared that information in my first review. This visit was completely different. The service writer was quick and concise and did an amazing job of keeping me informed as to the progress. During the routine service they found a faulty battery and replaced it under warranty without and issues. Might I add that I came with my 3 children. The service center was so efficient that my children only complained a few times before we were back on the road and off to our day. More
