Customer Service This was my FIRST visit at this location on Havana nr Exposition. The Service person who helped me consistently kept me informed as to what was going This was my FIRST visit at this location on Havana nr Exposition. The Service person who helped me consistently kept me informed as to what was going on with my Car, giving me estimates on how long I would be there. He also let me know what was important to take care of now & what I should address soon. There was no pressure! This approach has me committed to returning for the other issues. Everyone was very friendly - saying Hello even though I was not dealing with them. The very friendly Cashier & I even had a brief exchange in conversation. I WILL be returning to this Dealership. They just care about selling the car I should never believe a word out out of a car Salesman’s mouth. I didn’t get the 2nd key when I bought the car. I was told it was being shipped to t I should never believe a word out out of a car Salesman’s mouth. I didn’t get the 2nd key when I bought the car. I was told it was being shipped to the dealership and picking it up would be really easy. After spending 4 hours at the dealership to get windows tinted, when I was told that would only take an hour, I got the second key but then realized when I got home that it didn’t work. It’s now a month later and on having to beg the dealership to get me a second key to the new car. Now I’m being told that extra keys to my new car are on backorder and I’ll have to wait even longer. I can’t even get the dealership to call me about the key. I texted Ian the key didn’t work and he never follows up. I have a full time job and a small child, I can’t just stop by the dealership on a Tuesday @2pm to get my key taken care of. I’ve had to spend may emails and voice mails to get a follow up from the dealership. No one calls me, jist lots of emails. And I still have no time line to get a 2nd key. More
