This service team has failed to return calls and solve problems created by their service team. Twice. We took our van in for an oil change and tire rotation. During the initial visit the technician ruin problems created by their service team. Twice. We took our van in for an oil change and tire rotation. During the initial visit the technician ruined all four locking lugs and the locking lug socket is missing now. We had to request the locking lugs be removed for free as a result of them being stripped by the tech. During that process, the technician destroyed all four wheels and replaced the locking lugs with regular lugs instead. When we noticed the damage, the service manager was told, he took pictures and agreed to make it right by giving us new locking lugs, wrench, and wheels. In both instances, we were told the manager would call us and both times we have been the ones to initiate the calls. As of today, we have not been contacted to follow through with this. While we are grateful they are willing to make it right, customer service is lacking by way of being proactive. We are disappointed with our service here and only attend because of our warranty through Twin City. More
