Wanted standard oil change and asked them to check noise in rear- and fix! Got phone message it was spare tire that loosened up - but they could not find my jack and stuff ! How’s it a Dealership does not in rear- and fix! Got phone message it was spare tire that loosened up - but they could not find my jack and stuff ! How’s it a Dealership does not have a simple tool to tighten. Loose spare tire! And NO - it was not fixed and yet got charged over $100 for doing nothing! More

Tom Yater is one of the finest car sales person I have bought a car from. He takes pleasure in helping his clients and listening to what they want. If it isn't on the lot he will find one at their partner bought a car from. He takes pleasure in helping his clients and listening to what they want.
