He was very courteous and didn't pressure us into buying a more expensive version. In fact, he worked with us and gave us a great price with a couple of perks thrown in. The detail he went through when explaining the car and the effort he went through to make sure that we got the top notch service was very much appreciated. Long story short, the pricing was very straight forward and fair. The service overall was also very friendly and we even were greeted by John Patterson, the owner, a few times. I'd like to call myself a Mazda loyalist since I am a fan of their cars since I was little. Harvey helped me out and patiently worked with me in finding my car. I really wanted a Mazda3 hatchback with a manual transmission, but they didn't have the color I wanted. Sure, they could've tried selling me something else, but Harvey knew what I wanted and he pushed to find a vehicle that suited my needs. The dealer had to end up trading for the vehicle, which took a while. But they were able to get my car swiftly and kept me posted. Still loving the car to this date. Always a pleasure to drive. I had a pretty good idea that I wanted to purchase the 2015 Mazda 3, and Sammy made sure that I was able to test drive both the iSV and the iSport. I ended up deciding on the iSport, but the exact color I wanted wasn't at the dealership. Sammy was nice enough to provide a courtesy vehicle for me to use for the couple days that it took to get the exact car I wanted. I am so excited about my new car and a very satisfied Mazda owner!
