The salesman kept me informed of when the exact car I wanted arrived at the dealer. He was well informed about the features included in the car and gave me a brief tutorial. He was very patient and cordial during both times we met. I did not feel rushed at any point or pressured to make a decision. He helped us through the entire process until we literally drove off the lot. I feel I would be able to contact him even after the business deal was complete should I have any questions.
