Elsa responded quickly and accurately to my questions over a period of months as my 2013 Hyundai Sonata was determined to have an oil consumption problem that required replacement of the engine. Elsa scheduled the engine replacement and kept me informed of progress. I like the videos from the technicians summarizing repairs needed. After 800 miles on replaced engine the engine light came on. I relied on Elsa for information and estimates. Part was not in stock and it seemed it would take 5 days to obtain. Elsa called back and told me the part had been located at a nearby dealership. Instead of 5 days work was completed in 1 day Additionally the steering coupler was replaced. Than you, Elsa. And congratulations on you marriage next month in July. More

I took my car in due to a check engine light that was on earlier in the week. Even though it did go away Elsa in the service department said they would still checked it out.
